Lily Lash Bar now has an amazing new booking system. A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged until the day of your service.

Cancellation Fees:

So we can offer all our lovely clients an available appointment, we do kindly ask that you provide us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation or reschedule appointment from your booked appointment time. A $30 cancellation fee will be applied.

Pre-Authorised Cards & Fees:

All clients are required to have a card on file to be able to book appointments. The card you provide, you are providing as your pre-authorised card on file in-case any fees are owed due to the violation of our policies. Please call the salon to notify the us promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make adjustments to your appointment. In the case that your appointment is cancelled or adjusted due to the violation of our policies, cancellation fee of your service booked will be applied to the card you provided on file.

No-Show:

A “No-Show” is a client who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without cancelling a minimum of 24-hours in advance. If you do not show up to your appointment with out notifying us, it will be recorded as a “No-Show”. A second time of “No-Show” without reasonable cause will result in the client having to pre-pay the full amount of future appointments.
